bruises appear on me
washing myself with clean soap n water
to remove all the dirts n foreign materials...then
i just wrap myself with cotton but its not bruiseproof
just to help it from swellin n protecting it from any alcoholic beverages
i just keep tryin...
now i used the ice with the bag to prevent frostbite
to at lease relieve the pain n reduce inflammation
the pain n hurts still wont go...
i dont care of the scars
i dont care what the apperance will be
i juz worried bout the pain....
it will be felt 4 a long term...
healing is easy but
experiencing it is killin me!!!
